"The
advantage of handcrafted work is in the details."
From
custom electric guitars, mandolins, custom archtop guitars,
custom semi hollowbody guitars to high end acoustic investment
guitars, they are all custom and hand made with great care
and excellent quality.
Identity
is what it is all about and you will need an unique guitar
to stand out, something that sets you apart and makes you
feel special to play.
Set yourself apart from the rest and let us custom build
or inlay your next guitar.
We also specialize in custom inlay on fretboards, pickguards,
and truss rod covers for guitars. Custom inlays are a great
way to personalize your instrument and enhance its appearance
with a unique piece of artwork.

Translucent
Colors

Please note: these colors
are just a representation only.
Your monitor, the photo process and other variables may
show idiosyncrasies with color that are beyond our control.
The translucent colors we offer enhance the beautiful figure
oof our guitars. When you order a guitar with a maple top,
either flamed (also called tiger striped maple) or quilted
maple, you can choose from the translucent colors you see
on our color chart. These are the main choices and serve
as an example of what is potentially available. From here
we can go lighter or darker with the color, or even experiment
a little. |
Woods
The availability of some wood can be in short supply. However,
most of the woods are available, and if your choice is not
available, chances are we can get something similar to it
in quality. Please ask if this is a concern for you. Note
that Flamed Koa is becoing limited in supply, but suppliers
show availability, and if they have it, we can get it.
The Koa and walnut you see on the site is not manipulated
with stains or dyes. If you order a guitar with Koa or walnut,
the only finish applied will be a grain filler and clear
coat or wipe on oil. These are two woods that you would
not want to stain, but rather only darken. I have had customers
request a red Koa guitar, and I have had to explain that
Koa is naturally finished—the beauty of the wood is
in its natural state. If you want red, we can do the translucent
finish on flamed or quilted maple. |
